No Ringback for PSTN/AVAYA during call transfer from Cisco to Cisco

A(avaya/pstn) calls B(cisco) then B transfer to C(cisco) then connect. A encounters dead air instead of ringback as C is not yet answering

things get weird after trying the following test calls:

A(cisco) calls B(cisco) then B transfer to C(cisco) = ringback is working

A(avaya/pstn) calls B(cisco) then B transfer to C(avaya/pstn) = ringback is working


CUCM 7.x >>> MGCP GATEWAY >>> PSTN/AVAYA

Any thoughts on how to proceed with troubleshooting?

thank you for the info but i have already tried those.


what i can only get from those is the service parameter options.

dial-peer solutions wont work since its an mgcp gateway
