Non-gadget sample - multiple login?

Can I use the non-gadget sample to provide secondary event stream for an agent that's already going to be logged in to the Finesse desktop -- without logging them out of Finesse?

Hi,

Unfortunately not. Finesse supports only one connection to the Finesse Notification Service per user. The Finesse desktop counts as one connection and the non-gadget sample will be another. More than one connection to the Finesse Notification Service will make the events unreliable.
