Not able to login into CUCM web administation page

Hi team,

          I have changed the CUCM hostname and ip address using CISCO unified communications answer file genarator tool. After that i am able to login into CUCM console using new credentials but when i tried to login into CUCM administation page it is throwing "Database Communication error" ,please check the attached image.

           So is there any workaround or solution for this.

Note: I am able login into OS administration successfully..

From OS CLI you  can change the admin user, you should also check the database replication status there.

Hi Chris,

     When i tried to check the Db replication status it is showing as "no values are returned" .

     command Used:      admin: show perf query class "Number of Replicates Created and State of Replication"

     O/p:     no values are returned

     Need help on this.
