not able to login to Web View

Hi,

I am not able to login to Web View Reporting Tool, I get the error message as "Invalid Username or Password"

I tried the following ways

Username: <Instance name>\WebViewUser

Username: <Instance name>/WebViewUser

Username: WebViewUser

Username: <Domain Name>/WebViewUser

Username: <Domain Name>\WebViewUser

In the ICM User List Explorer, I have configured as "ISC_FCS" and selected Configuration, Setup and Webview.

Please help.

What URL are you using to get to WebView?  Also, what version?  In older version you had to use instance\UserName in newer versions (<7.5 I think) you can use both instance\UserName and UserName to login.

I am using the url as "https:\\"\webview

I have tried the with instance number and with username.
