So, having selected two NTP servers during the UCCX Install process, one is not reachable or is not working. The other is fine. How to remove or change the defective NTP IP address? Looking through UTILS, Show and Set on the UCCX CLI, does not seem to help. I either want to remove this bad NTP server or change it to an IP address that is working. The log files just keep reporting it as bad...duh...

Use "utils ntp server add|delete" command.

Hi Merkin,
Before changing the NTP make sure you are using your CUCM on MCS server or lower platfom.
Changing the NTP server on UCS causes change in licence MAC of CUCM.

There are two NTP addresses on the UCCX, one works and one does not. I just want to fix the one that does not work, will that cause a license change?

Only NTP 1 server is a parameter of "license MAC":
