Nuance ASR licenses usage

I have two doubts -

I need to know how many current nuance ASR ports are being used.

And how many needed for a new application?

Hi Guillaume moreau,

PLease do a perform Status enquiry (as shown below) to check how many port licenses being used in the ASR box.

And how many needed for a new application?

Ans: It depends on the maximum simultaneous calls hitting this application.

Hi Anand,

Thanks for the response.

Which one we should be considering "Users of ms" or "Users of osr_swirec".

And also how do we know the number of licenses currently being used. In the above block for users of ms there are

0 license in use. Does that mean there are 0 callers. And for osr_swirec there are 279 licenses in use, does that mean

there are 279 callers ?

Hi Guillaume moreau,

For every call which is using MRCP_ASR dialouge group port from UCCX will consume one license in ASR box.

In the above case, its provisioned for maximum of 279 licences and currently 0 being used.
