Numbers on Finesse Voice CSQ Summary Report do not add up

I found out numbers on Finesse Voice CSQ Summary Report do not add up.

 

For example,

 

Agent Taking+Agent Ready+Agent Not Ready+Agent in After Call Work + Agent Reserved =/= Agent Logged In

 

The total sum does not equal to the Agent Logged In number. Please help to advise if the Finesse is running normally.
