Odd Finesse behavior - UCCX 11.0

I've create a new application/script/queue in UCCX.  During testing, I noticed the agent never goes into reserved or talking state - only from ready to not ready.  The live data never shows a call being taken by the agent either.

Has anyone encountered this behavior before?

Also, is there a place in Finesse Admin to remove the call variables 1 - 10 that are not being used?  This way the agent doesn't see them in their browser.

Well never mind :(

I decided I would change the wrap time from 1 second to 10 seconds and that seemed to resolve the appearance of reserved/talking states.  Now the queue data shows up properly along with agent states.
