One Agent is unable to view real time stats in CAD

Hi,

We are using UCCX 8.5 and CUCM 8.5. One of the agent is not able to view real time agent stats on his CAD. Rest of the agents are able to do so. He has also changed the pc but no luck. Someone has also tried using his pc and he is able to get stats there. Problem is with this typical user.

Any idea how to get it fixed. User are synced from Active directory. They have also deleted and created the user again in AD.
