one CAD must be ready

Hi,

I have IPCCX ver. 4.0(4), we need to force one cisco agent must be ready, i mean if we have 4 agents and one after the other go not ready when the last ready agent needs to go not ready the system unable the agent to go not ready because this agent is the last agent ready.

No, not possible. There are agent stats that these agents can keep track of to ensure that there are other agents available. Also, this is a training issue more than a technology issue.
