One CCM multiple IPCC Express Server

I have a customer who is currently running an IPCC Express 3.X with their CCM system. There are looking to upgrade their IPCC server hardware and software to 4.X and add some queues and users. Can both servers be connected to a single CCM and have agents associated with either one or the other?

Absolutely. You will just have different rm and jtapi users. Agents would have to just be associated with the correct rm user to login to the respective IPCC server.

During the 4.x install just use a different 'Repository' name and you will be all good.
