Hi

I have created an Agent Predictive campaign and this works.

I have a question about the contacts. We have three phone fields (phone1,phone2,phone3)

When we start a campaign we fill in normally only phone1.

What is the reason to fill in phone2 and phone3 for the same contact?

If phone1 is not answering, the campaign will call phone2?

 

Any help is appreciated

Think of it this way...
Phone01: Your mobile phone
Phone02: Your work desk phone
Phone03: Your Google Voice phone number

When the dialer kicks the campaign off, it will try Phone01 first. The dialing list table will populate the CallResult and CallStatus and I forget but it's either one of those values or both that will determine whether or not to attempt Phone02, Phone03 and so on.
