I'm looking to find reasons for having 'Canceled' calls on the outbound dialer for IPCC Enterprise. For example, running a camqry11 has a column marked 'Canceled'. Webview helps says:
The number of contacts in a half-hour interval where the dialer canceled a ringing customer call
Derived from: Campaign_Query_Rule_Half_Hour.CanceledDetectToHalf
I'm just looking for some possible reasons as to why the dialer would cancel a call to a ringing customer.
