Hi,
Can someone explain how data is passed to Agent in comprehensive call flow model.
Exp: If calling user has entered some data, how can that data be passed to agents in logging in using Cisco Finesse.
Is there any guide to explain the same?

Hi,
We can pass up to 10 Variables using set variable node .
Object type : call , Object : None , Variable : Peripheral Variable 1, .. etc 10
IF you want to get the called input use formula editor : Call.CallerEnteredDigits, Call.CallingLineID
Call.CallingLineID : like phone no, empid , account no
Call.CallerEnteredDigits : like ext no , phone no .
