PCCE 10.5 – Socialminer VM Deployment Error

Dear All,

We installed socialminer 10.5.1 and updated VMware tolls . When i try to deploy into PCCE  deployment option i am getting  error “ Unmatched Virtual Machines “ and Errors were found in the configuration on your virtual machines .

 PCCE Version 10.5(3) .

SM Version : 10.5.1 

Cisco TAC escalated to BU .

I had a word with BU just now. We need to push SocialMiner to 3^rd ESXi host, where you don’t have PCCE installed . By default PCCE will support only 2 UCS .

For external HDS and Socialminer  , CIM  , etc..we need to  place 3^rd UCS Box .

As per Cisco PCCE future   guide we can’t add external machine  under socialminer type . need to be add under external machine using the System Deployment tool added as a 3rd Party Multichannel.
