PCCE 11.5 : Network VRU script PM cannot play media

Dear All,

I cannot play prompt of Network VRU for PM. I try to debug the logging on VXML gateway and found something about URL for Media server doesn't have the IP address as capture below:

Does any one know this issue ?

You'll probably need to post a picture of your UCCE script for people to give you input on the nodes in it, the logic, etc.

Have you set your media server location in your script?
