PCCE 11.5 : Post Call Survey via CTI Route Point on UCM

Hello Everyone

 

I understand that the Post Call Survey need to configure the Unified CVP Call Server for Post Call Survey via CVP Operations Console by typing https://<OAMP_server_IP>:9443/oamp.

If we want to do the survey via CTI Route Point on CUCM, can we do the Post Call Survey via CTI Route Point on UCM ?

 

If it can do, how to implement the Post Call Survey via CTI Route Point ?

It is not possible to enable post call survey for CTI route print. you should route the call to CVP and enable post call survey.
