PCCE admin show error on PG side b

In the PCCE (rev 11.5) admin page , I can see this error on PG side B -> operation

The Diagnostic Portal, AXL, REST, or SOAP service on this machine must be in service.

I tried to reboot the server and did not solve the problem, all the servies are running including the Diagnostic

CCE Admin page captures status from various registry entries, and in your case it may not be showing accurate details of PG B, as you have restarted server and all looks good.

So instead of looking at PG B, you need to look at your admin server.  Try restarting Apache Tomcat on your admin server and then check for alerts.
