Not sure I'm follow you. Do you mean is there a way to limit the CUIC user to see a specific subset of agents when they run reports in CUIC.
If so, it should be the similar as how you limit call types of PQs or other items to only be visible, you'd have to create a collection of agents, and have the user be in a group that has access to that collection, while restricting it to others so that they don't see it.
