PCCE CUIC - Recreating the CCX Agent State Detail Report

Hope someone can point me in the right direction here.


I'm tried to find/create a report in CUIC that is identical to that found in CCX at Reports > Stock > Unified CCX Historical > Inbound > Agent State Detail Report.


I've found a similar report in PCCE CUIC at Reports > Stock > CCE > CCE_TR_Historical > Agent State Trace Historical.


but it's not quite the same in that:

- The is no 'duration' column and none available to add from the report definition

- Each PQ creates a seperate 'Logged On' entry with the same timstamp. We have agent in a dozen or so queues.


Anyone know of any workarounds to solve this?

I believe that 2Ring Dashboards & Wallboards could help here.

There are lots of various stats in form of KPI and or tabular format - grids.
