Dear All,
We are running Cisco PCCE ver 12.5.1. We want to know the difference between ICM DBA and SQL Data usage calculation.
In my setup ICMDBA HDS Data used percentage is 33.11 % (66566/1024=650 GB) 31.11 % =215 GB
but in SQL Space Used showing as 379 GB.Any idea why it is used this much space in SQL and how to reduce it.

Thank you bill, below is the output.
We have increased D drive from 750 GB to 1200 GB ( 450 GB) in disk management.
For ICM DBA we need to expand from 650 GB to 1150 GB. I hope while expanding Data1 and log1 new entry will create.
Please confirm it will affect existing data using ICMDBA tool. Or share the best practice because customer want to keep 3 or 2 years historical data.( system is running 16 months now)

From how I read the defect, it is just the display in ICMDBA that is the issue. If you add more space using ICMDBA as in the guides, it sounds like you'll be fine.
