Hello,
we can use NIC teaming (UCS-C series servers for example) for failover Public and Private networks, the question is can we use NIC's with load balacing or it is not supported? In design guide only failover nic's described.

Hi Dmitriy,
Only Active/Standby configuration by design.
it's mentioned in Virtualization Guide
"This design calls for using the VMware NIC Teaming (without load balancing) of virtual machine network interface controller (vmnic) interfaces in an Active/Standby configuration through alternate and redundant hardware paths to the network."

hi, i read this guide recently and see that Active\Stanby design is supported. But i do not see a ban on load balancing.
