PCCE Short Call Configuration?

I can't find any reference on this in the documentation. Can you configure the short call timer in PCCE like you can in UCCE? And if so, how?

You were close. It's under Call Settings > Miscellaneous. At least in PCCE 12.x. Thank you for the help.
