Hi all,
I have a requirement to validate functional operation between customer application and the Finesse API for v11.6 and v12.5.
Are these PCCE/Finesse versions on the sandbox roadmap?
If not, would it be possible to provide the software to upgrade as part of the lab reservation?
Cheers,
Mick.

That's a really good suggestion about using dCloud or DevNet and should get you what you need ASAP. Let me double check, but I might have a document I created a while back which goes through every API from 9.x to 11.x or maybe 12.x comparing what's available or not. If you ping me directly I can spend some time to dig it up to see if it's of any value to you.
From the recent CC tech summit I think the biggest reason why NFRs are in a bit of limbo is because of the licensing changes. Cisco will figure it out soon enough, but right now it seems like NFR is in limbo, which is a shame really cause labs are the best way to break... learn stuff.

Thanks David,
Funnily enough, the suggestion from the CCBU was to use the sandbox hence the roadmap question.
You're right in respect to the relatively minor changes between versions but would still need to be considered. I guess I'll have to go full circle back to the account team and find an ATP. Things have certainly tightened up in respect of getting NFR software!!
Cheers,
Mick.
