Phone agent login on CME-UCCX integration

Hello, I am integrating a UCCX 8.5.1 with a CME 8.6. Agents can log via CAD, but we don´t know how to configure the CME so they can log through the phone. I have searched for Cisco documentation but I couldn´t find anything. Could you help me, please?

Hello Hector,

First at all you will need to downgrade your CME 8.5, because 8.6 is not compatible with UCCX 8.5.1. Please check the following link:

Well that's your call, I would like to let you know that if you face any kind of issue and you need to call TAC we will request you downgrade to 8.5 as a fist step. Regarding the configuration it should be something like this:

Thank you Walter.. Of your configuration I was missing this:

 url services http://192.0.2.252:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentInitial.jsp

 url authentication http:192.0.2.252:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentAuthenticate.jsp

Under phone template you can insert several "url services". But I can´t have several "url authentication" on my configuration, so if I insert the url authentication for IPCC login, it deletes the "url authentication" needed for extension mobility.

Is it possible to have more than one "url authentication" on the CME configuration?
