Playing a Specific Prompt while call is in a CSQ

What is the best way to have a different "prompt" play while a caller is sitting in a CSQ waiting for an available agent, depending on the CSQ?

You could use the CSQ prompt setting in AppAdmin, but that only stores one prompt.  If you need to play more than one prompt, then this feature would not work for you.

You would then look at a switch statement which, based on the csq name, would set or play some prompts specific to that csq.
