I have a prompt setup to play a wav file that is longer than 2 minutes. When it reaches 2 minutes it dumps the call. When I use a wav file under 2 minutes everything is fine. Is this a limitation someone else has run into? I have not found information on the required prompt format other than use the ulaw ccitt standard.
Thanks
Bruce

No issues whatsoever. I have used much longer wav files. Are you using IPCCX or IPCCEnterprise. If you are using IPCCE, check your Network VRU script configuration - the timeout value. It is possible that your script is set to timeout after 2 minutes.
If you are using IPCCX, I have not experienced any issues with playing long wav files.

Sanjeev,
Thanks for the suggestion, but that did not help. I bumped the timer up to 360 and it still dumped the call at exactly 120 seconds.

Sanjeev,
You were correct! I was setting it on the wrong script like a idiot.
Thanks again for the help
