Hello everyone, I have the following situation, I have my Cisco platform running on-premise without any problem, Jabber clients connect seamlessly to the Cisco IM & Presence server within my network, but now I need to open my firewall for a softphone from the Salesforce crm can connect, I know that the TFTP server uses udp 69, but the Cisco IM & Presence which ports should I open?
