Can you advise me how can we set up post call survey in 10.6 or If any documentation is available that would be great.
I need the detailed info how to set it up and what options do we have.

Find the sample survey script attached. Also, I would recommend you strongly to go through the below post by Jonathan as the attached script to this thread is mainly based on the things explained by him, do not forget to capture things under the connected branch of the Select Resource step in the original script as mentioned in the below thread:

UCCX 10.6 does not include this functionality natively. Are you trying to do this for CAD agents or Finesse. In case, you are doing it for CAD simply add a button using CDA that would perform the Blind Transfer action to the required CTI Route Point that will then trigger the Survey script.
In case, you are using Finesse then you will need to create your own Custom Gadget to achieve this. Take a look at below thread:

We will be doing it via CAD button which will perform blind transfer.
Do you have any example survey script which i can refer to,that will be a great help.

The attached file only contains the survey itself, which requires you to pass variables from the original script, but no details listed as to what variables are needed from the original script. With only half the solution to look at am not sure what I am missing at this point.
