PQ Membership

Hi all,

Does anyone has a report showing agents PQ membership? I saw on some cisco live slides that there is one...

Or maybe someone could share sql select statement for this one?

I managed to get some info from _interval tables, but I am missing few agents comparing to web administration page...

So if someone could help, how to extract all agents that belong to a particular PQ, that would be great!

Hi V,

The report you are referring to is the Agent Precision Queue Membership report. It is part of the All Fields Real Time series of reports. You can download them through CCO at this link:

They can be found under 9.1.2 or if you are using CUIC 10.5 under 10.5(1).
