Predictive dialer features in UCCX 8.5

I have some questions regarding predictive outbound dialer option in UCCX 8.5

- Can we view or edit imported contact list for outbound dialing in predictive dialer mode (subsystem -> outbound -> campaign -> import contact ) ?

- Is there an option by which a supervisor can control Lines Per Port, Predictive Correction Pace etc. at run time?

I was able to control dialing speed by using a Percent Allocate in an admin script.  This will change the outbound skill group to off and on.  I based it on number of agents logged on but you could set up a call in number to change it.  You just need to do something like:  If Global_Dialer_Speed=3 then Percent Allocate = 75%.  That will then go to the dialer SG.  The SG will get set to 100 75% of the time and set the SG to 0 25% of the time.
