Prepare Custom reports from UCCX

Hi All,

Currently we have a requirement to prepare a custom report in sql server from uccx historical report database(Informix). Is there is any possibilty to fetch data from informix and store it  in sql server.. Kindly guide me to  complete this , since reporting environment is new to me i Don't have any idea to explore.

 Kindly Suggest me a way. Thanks in Advance...!!!
