Present calling number to hunt group, through IP-IVR

We have the following setup:

Caller > Translation Pattern > IP-IVR Route Point > Script > Consult Call Transfer to Hunt Group.

The Problem is, the calls appear to be coming from the CTI Ports on the IP-IVR, rather that the origional caller ID.

If we change the step on the IP-IVR to be a normal Call Redirect, it works, but we need to use the Consult Transfer, for other purposes.

Is there any way of presenting the hunt group, with the origional calling number, through the IP-IVR Call Consult transfer step?

I believe you can modify the caller id with the Call Redirect, but not sure for other steps. What step are you using to present the call to the agent? Select Resource?

Thanks Robert,

As stated, we are not using the "Call-Redirect" but the "Call Consult Transfer"... since its an IP-IVR it does not have agents etc, its simply a menu system, wich pushes the calls out to a hunt group or other DN, based on the callers input.

eg. Press 1 for sales, 2 for finance etc etc...
