Hello,
I am trying to determine if we should look into how many PRI's we currently have to make sure
they are consistent and able to handle a large influx of callers in a uccx que since we are looking to
setting up a larger que.
My question is essentially : Does a caller in the que consume one of the multiple voice channels associated with a PRI for the entire length/ time they are waiting in the que up until the call is terminated ?
