I have a problem with the advanced capabilities for supervisors via the finesse client
The tests are done via a sandbox lab.
I followed cisco's requirements regarding the supervisor's configuration (adding management rights, creating a calendar, adapting the desktop layout).
Unfortunately I have a poster problem (see appendix)
It is impossible for me to enlarge the calendar management window.
Have either of you ever had this problem?
