Problem with setting a condition in ICM script

Hi,

I need to set the condition that if any agent is logged to that SkillGroup, the call must be send to the label I've set, can anyone help me? Thank you very much.Cattura_cisco.PNG

Hi ,

 

We can set many option using if node  like " SkillGroup.test_EN.LoggedOn>0 " or <==0 or agent avail  or NotReady .
