We have encountered some issues displaying team and queue data after upgrading to UCCX 11.6.2
It is intermittent for some users but others can work with no issue.
so far we have checked browser type
OS type
other software on the PCs
we can find no difference in the pcs that work and the ones that don't
we have eliminated UCCX user setup as some user work on on one PC but not another.
attached is a screenshot of what they get, and what they should get

Are they using a browser that Cisco officially supports?

Yes they are all using IE11 and all have combability turned off.
