Prompt upload script ucce

I'm looking for a prompt upload script for ucce.  I've seen references to UCCX but  it ucce.  I need to allow a user to dial a number,  enter their pin,  record a prompt and save it with a ad-hoc reference ID

Or any other method which allows the user complete control without recording via a desktop application

Hi There,

You can use CVP call studio tool to build the application to record the prompt. You can use "Record with confirm" element. Once recorded and confirmed, you can FTP it to the specific media servers or all of the media servers.

Thanks for info, i tried to import to call studio record_app, App.callflow but studio giving me "Could not open the editor, an exception was thrown during initialization" , could you please send me correct one please. Thanks/ Amai

Worked for me.

Unzip the package into (say) C:\temp. it makes a folder called Record_app. Open Call Studio, select Import, select the top level folder (Record_app) and press OK. I just picked the easiest CVP Studio I had to hand - happened to be version 10.5.
