PSTN TO UCCX

hi All,

I have a DEMO UCCX 12.0 set up. I have done all the configs for UCCX and the CUCM. My issue is, internal calls on the UCCX trigger is working, however, PSTN calls, translated to UCCX Trigger number is not working. Can it be because UCCX is on DEMO?

What value have you set the rerouting CSS for the trigger to? If not set to use the CSS of the trigger, that’s not the default, you’ll likely to have issues with the calls for PSTN as they might not have access to the partition of the trigger.

The Demo License is a full feature license (Limited days) - so no restrictions there..

As @Roger Kallberg is writing - Probably a CSS/Partion problem on ucm.
