I am tying to pull the Detailed Call CSQ Agent Report, but I can only pull 5-days at a time. If I try to pull a month's data, then I get the following message,

Hi, you mentioned CSQ (which is UCCX) but labeled this as UCCE, but I'm guessing you're running into the 8000 row limit in CUIC.
You didn't mention your CUIC version, but your choices are likely:
*Change your report definition and/or your report so it doesn't pull as many rows/it consolidates them.
*Schedule your report with the large report scheduler option which should get you up to 25,000 row maximum

Like @bill.king1 said you’re running to a row limit. Honestly if you’re looking for a much longer time frame I would go into the DB directly and pull that data and keep it aside. That’s how all customers are doing when looking at year over year data.

I am new to Cisco and do not know how to pull data directly from the database. Can you help me with that?

So for instance you can run the query you want for 1 or 2 days worth of data in CUIC. Then view and copy SQL statement from the CUIC report so it has the query formatted for you, and run it against the HDS directly.

I'm going to quote myself like a total champ: https://dmacias.org/connect-squirrel-sql-to-uccx-db/ There are many resources online on how to do this with other tools.
