QM 8.5 and Java 7.0.4

All,

We have QM 8.0 and QM 8.5 in our network. Both were working fine before Java upgrade. All Desktop PCs in our organization have been upgraded from Java 6.20 to 7.0.4 recently. After that we could not play existing recordings unless Java were downgraded. I know that the supported Java version is not up to version 7 for QM 8.0, QM 8.5 and QM 9.0.

My question is:

Is there a time frame that Java 7 will be supported for those QM?
