I am currently running CCX 188.8.131.5204-12 with Workforce Optimization 184.108.40.206 (Advanced)
When trying to play call recordings with both Audio and screen recordings, I am being presented with the error:
Error Adjusting screen layout.
We have met all the specifications required by the platform (iexplorer, java etc...). Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Please post this issue also in the below Calabrio forum for immediate attention,
I am also currently experiencing this same error. The only workaround currently is to export these files to WAV. Neither "Search and Play" or "Evaluate and Review" are working and are both giving me this exact error message. I receive an error in IE saying that the object cant play because its "hidden or invisible". This works in firefox but I work for a corporation where Firefox is not approved software. Has anyone resolved this issue?
