Our existing Calabrio QMA version 11 runs on VM Windows 2012 (gotto check) and onboard SQL. The company has expanded and I notice the server CTI services tends to get errors and I have to restart the service due SQL memory hogs.
My plans are:
1. Create new VM1 running OS and WFO QMA same version or newer same IP/Host
2. Create new VM2 for SQL only with more RAM/CPU
3. Bigger SAN storage
Is there documentation on migration guide using same IP/host on WFO QMA, a new SQL server and a new SAN?
Running the current live server and the new server (inactive network connection) side by side migrate the DB and recordings, switch off live server network and switch on new server network connection...
