Quality Management 10.5.1 to 11.5.1 SR6 Upgrade Problem

Upgraded Workforce Optimizer Quality Management Call Recording or WFO-QM

from 10.5.1 SR6  to 11.5.1 SR6

 

Problem: Calls not recording, QM2014 - did not receive packets for at least 15 seconds for a call on device

 

 

The Upgrade Procedure was pretty straightforward -

Uninstall 10.5.1 SR6

Uninstall 10.5.1

Turn off VM

Turn on VM

Install 11.5.1 SR6 - Select one Signaling Method, select all base options.

Install.

 

We are using Server Recording, using one adapter on the box thats listening.

 

The Recording seems to work for about 15-20 minutes and then all calls have no RTP stream.

 

I have tried using PostInstall/Tools/Download&Install JTAPI

I have checked PostInstall/Tools/ChooseMonitorAdapter

I have checked PostInstall/TelephonyGroups ... all good.

I have checked PostInstall/Tools/Start Local Services to ensure all services are started in correct order etc

 

Everything looks perfect on the configuration...

 

Any help appreciated

I am doing same upgrade and i need some advices.

A lot the issues were around Server Recording V Network Recording.

I get the inpression server recording wasnt proplerly tested - I was told the 'vast majority' are using network recording

Turns out we needed to go an extra version, to get the server recording working.
