I installed QM on a server and it was recording calls well from UCCX, the server was hardened and now the admin account on the Quality Manamgement Administrator is keeps saying " 'invalid login' Please try again "
Anyone know how to reset the account password for Quality Management Administrator ??
It doesnt seem to use a local windows account ?!?
