Quality Management Integration with Active Directory

Hi,

I am trying to configure Active Directory in Quality Management.

But i am getting an error "Domain Connection could not be validated".

I tried many ways, still the same error.

Anybody please help

Hi,

Ya, i got resolved the issue. For me the problem was with the user i gave in Active Directory User Credential With Read Access option in QM. The user was having limited functionality. Please try to give the user with full privileges and try again.

Also make sure the user search base and Base domain you provided is correct.
