Queries regarding Preview Direct out bound option

Dear Expert,.

 

could you please help me to understnad or trouble shoot the outbound dialer issue which i am faicng in my setup.

 

1. we have SIP dialer (UCCE 8.5.4) dialing in Preview direct mode. i am facing issue that agents are getting calls after waiting long time. (ie, delay in recieiving the call from dialer).what may be the cause of the same, how can i trouble shoot it.

 

2. what is the need of node LAA in the Agent reservation routing script?

Hi,

RE 1: can you please turn up tracing for the Dialer component, have an agent log in and wait till the moment the agent gets a reservation call. Dump the logs and post them to here.

RE 2: please post a screenshot of your reservation script. The Select node is supposed to be used with the Skill Group node, it's needed to choose the right algorithm to find an available agent (in this case, it's the Longest Available Agent - LAA).
