We are in the process of configuring Web Collaboration 5.0 with ICM 6.0 in the lab and encounter one question. I used the caller with ICM routing -> Blender IPCC caller. It opened one page and I should enter some information like name ,phone number and scriptselector. When I enter 4-digit in the phone number,It said I should enter the North America phone number. But I am in china with changed number.
How can I change the "North America phone number" to variable dialing such as China dianplan?
And I found this "Queue ***** icm ***** does not exist. Please make sure the queue name in your forms match the queue names you have defined in admin." in the ccServer log. Which step should I do the next?
