Question regarding dial-peers for ringback and error on ingress cube

This is my first time being part of a deployment where we are using a VVB instead of VXML gateway. With bootstrap, ringback and error tcl configured on VVB, do we still need to define the service application for them on ingress CUBE along with dial-peers for ringtone and error. Would any of the below config apply to me. The call-flow is CUBE-->CVP-->ICM-->VVB-->CUBE-->External caller.

That was my assumption too but we are not getting ringtone especially on transfer to agent and when transferred to labels from ICM script.

And you have those same triggers set up on the VVB to play ringtone, etc.?

Personally, I would focus on making sure you have ringtone for agents since you have more control, process is documented, you can set up test agent, etc.

The ringtone not being heard for labels is technically different due to them not being agents.
