Queue status/wait time announcement

Hi,

 

I have completed the script where now customer request to add wait time or queue position announcement to the caller.

It would be great if somebody can guide me what to add in script to accomodate the queue position or wait time announcement.

You need to tell us what system you are using, UCCX, UCCE, something else. For either one this question has been asked many times here, did you try searching?
